LLYC Texas Roadtrip Tour Is Coming Your Way!
Dear Parents, Campers, and Staff!
LLYC is taking a roadtrip to several of our Texas cities, and we hope you are within driving distance to where we are! We are creating an event that will be fun for the whole family. We want to connect with you and talk about camp in 2011 and the Registration process which is set for the last week in October. All of these events begin at 6:30 pm and will include food, prizes, testimonies, and the showing of our 2011 Promotional DVD.
We are offering you some incentives for attending this event! At each location through a drawing, we are giving away three guaranteed spots in camp and waiving the $200 deposits for each! This means early registration privileges for the winning recipients with no financial obligation until the camp balance is due in the Spring! How sweet is that!
We are also unveiling a new referral incentive for current families who help bring us new families. The referral incentive, which is specifically geared for Echo Valley campers, helps both the referring family and the new family. If you find us a new family, who has never attended LLYC, you will receive a $250 credit on your family’s account when a camper or campers from that family registers for a session at Echo Valley for the summer of 2011. The new family will also receive a first-time discount of $250 for each camper who registers for a session at Echo Valley. Echo Valley is for campers who are currently in 6th-10th grades.
